Portfolio, Limited Edition Winery, located in East Napa, is a small family-run, home business. The winery was designed so that Genevieve, Luc and their two children would be personally involved in every step of the winemaking: from crushing, pressing, barreling and bottling to packing and shipping. The winery’s equipment reflects the gentle, gravity flow philosophy of winemaking. The barrels, filled and racked by gravity flow, are aged at the winery in a controlled environment: the temperature remains constant at 60 degrees F and the humidity is maintained at 70% year-round.
